I installed SF on a second W2k system to see if I could get it
working there. On that system I can get the loopback to work. I
still get no response from either of two echo-back servers. The
Spectrum and Envelope windows show signal going out, but nothing
coming back.

I must have a noisy system. On the second PC, the background
noise registers at about 87%. Makes it difficult to use the VOX.

I see a proper signal, which you'd expect since the local
loopback works.
