Problem following Zinf

Hi,
I am very happy that the Zinf development makes such big steps.
However I have big problems following them.

After I managed to get gtkmm compiled there was

Arch. A extremly stupid tool. I needed some days to compile this and 
even afterwards I didn't know how to use it.

Boost. Wow. Does there someone try to implement a stdlib for c++? Sadly 
he doesn't care to implement configure.

mk4str.h. I don't know in what package this include file is but I will 
find out eventually.

Meanwhile my Zinf development stopped and I am using Xmms to listen to 
music.
