You know, it was only the third time I read this, that I saw the word
"hint" in brackets.

Ok. The patch, as it stands, adds a glib dependency into the id3lib
plugin. Is that ok? Glib is currently only required for the gtk parts of
zinf. Do these text-only people object to the use of glib?

Except I am using the esd output plugin....
Never had any problems with seeking mind you.

I thought MDB was being used (albeit partially) by both browsers. I am
using the original browser code - I can't remember the exact symptoms. I
will have to find a test-case.
