Yes the directory structure

libtool is here:

libtool: /usr/bin/libtool /usr/share/libtool

Why would I put libtool in the top directory? I very much doubt this is
a SuSE issue as everything else I have attempted to compile has worked
fine, including a complete rebuild of FlightGear, which also included
its pre-requisites.
