libmusicbrainz is a c++ lib, it thus requires you to compile both the 
library and zinf with the same compiler.

Second, you need the development files for the library too, not just the 
runtime if you are using a package.

thirdly, "redhat 8.0" tells me nothing.  Give compiler info and 
configure log output regarding the problem next time.
