breve 2.3 beta: major physics improvements

Hi everybody,
I'm releasing a beta of breve 2.3 for Mac OS X, Linux and Windows.
It's looking like the focus of this new release will be on improvements
and bug fixes to the physical simulation subsystem in breve.

Below is a list of the major changes, many of which are in response to
bugs and feature requests made on the mailing list.  If you have a
breve simulation which makes use of physics, please do try it out with
the new builds and let me know if you encounter any problems or if
there are any outstanding bugs.

- fixed joint limits and "get-angles" for BallJoints.

- fixed "get-angles" for UniversalJoints

- the axes for BallJoints have been changed -- please see the
   BallJoint documentation for more details

- fixed various collision detection issues that could lead to
   object penetration

- added "get-force" and "get-torque" methods to joints, to allow
   users to detect how much force/torque is being applied by a joint

- fixed crashes related to freeing multibodies

- added "get-colliding-objects" method to get a list of all objects
   currently colliding with another.

One last note: I currently do not have a Windows machine to test on,
so the Windows build is, unfortunately, completely untested.  Feedback
for the Windows version is greatly appreciated.
