ffmpeg compilation fix for cvs

Hi,

I tried compiling breve with ffmpeg support when using the most recent
ffmpeg from cvs. There were some errors which I had to fix, so I'm
attaching the diff to the cvs. When recording a movie, I do get buffer
underflows for some strange reason. I have it also without the patch
on an older system with an older version of ffmpeg. Can somebody
confirm this? Maybe the bit rate is too high.

Worth noting some extra dependencies that are not listed in the README:
- bison, but a recent one. I needed to install bison-1.875d, the
package used on gentoo, since the one on gnu (1.875 didn't work).
- you can't compile breve without gsl, despite what the readme says.
- wxGTK can't be compiled with unicode support, this gives some errors.
- ODE has to be compiled with double support
