German translations

You are right and it was my fault not to see this. 
I was thinking about starting coding an own simple bug&task-tracker, but 
anthill gives me, what i was seeking for.

Yeah, i did it, but where can I switch to another language within the 
web interface ?

I just imported the anthill.pot into KBabel and it seems to be possible 
to translate this. Is KBabel a good solution for this and is there anything
to mention , before starting work ? This is my first time working with
gettext.
Is anyone working on it, so there may be need of coordination to do, 
or is this task currently only to me ?
