Did anybody implement @mentions support in roundup?

Hi all: I seem to remember talking with somebody who as considering implementing @mentions for roundup change notes. The idea was you can create a changenote via web or email with @roundup_user_name in it and the user would get a copy of that one changenote from the issue. If the roundup_user_name doesn't exist s/he suggested rejecting the changenote with possibly a fuzzy match for the bad user name. Does this ring any bells with anybody, or has anybody implemented the same?
