workflow with multiple languages

Hi all,

In jahia 4.1, say you have a site with two languages.

When you add some containers, and then disable one language, the workflow
does not commit, when you try to change
and workflow one of those containers created with two languages.

Is there an option to really delete a language from a site, instead of just
disabling it, perhaps setting a flag somewhere in the database?
