May I make a suggestion. Been down this road too many times. Do not collect much information to start. Simply build a prototype with base user input and then open that up to comment and discussion. Most efforts like this die in the discussion phase. So pls, just do it and then through it out for discussion as it badly needed. Just use the comments feature as installing a wiki is brutal on that version of plone and requires shell access. The comment feature should suffice is you separate out the components of website production on a couple of pages. ie: new website design. website content, cms systems of choice, etc. Just use each page as a wiki topic and the comments as wiki sub-comments.
