Sure.

Well, I don't actually like the word "Calendar". It is IMHO an outdated 
"concept" to have separate calendars. If you want to do useful planning 
- whether its in a group, a project or for individual planning - you 
always need to have proper (all, at least freebusy) appointment 
information.
So a calendar is just a special "query" over the whole set of 
appointments associated with a name or other entity (eg a project).

Yes. In the PIM you don't focus on group calenders in the appointment 
presentation. Instead you focus on the personal information.
Nevertheless - if you make a personal appointment, you should be warned 
whether you already have some appointment at the same time in some 
project. Thats crucial for working time planning and to free your mind 
from having to remember different calendars.

Very much agreed. OGo is about reducing email communication whenever 
possible. Eg if you send OGo objects using email, you actually send 
references to the shared data and follow-up collaboration can actually 
take place at the OGo shared object (eg a document or an appointment).

Agreed. From a technical POV email is a *single* user tool and not 
really a "groupware" application. We do not want to "misuse" email 
technology.
