Another fine integration target Kelly G and close to home relatively speaking 
for you is http://journeyx.com TimeSheet prodoct. Can easily be made to 
integrate with OOo.org as well. OGo>TimeSheet>OOo.org; a really nice 
combination of the SOHO, SMB (with license) and SME sectors as its all python 
code. 

Non commercial version of TimeSheet is availabel at no cost of a non 
restricted 10 user system.
