"Groupware" often means just "mail", "calendar" and > "tasks" to users. We don't use SugarCRM but we do have a GoldMine installation, it is all about CRM with only the vaguest delusions of bieng groupware. One HUGE advantage OGo has over most of these products (that I've seen) is that it doesn't lock the data away. Contact information, to really be useful in a CRM sense, needs to be pervasively available; that means on the web (which OGo obviously already does), on mobile devices (OGo supports Palms and hopefully someday other devices), and inumerable other packages (directory clients, custom applications, PIMS, etc...). -- OpenGroupware.org Discussion [email protected] http://mail.opengroupware.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
