Hello Attila,

please can you tell me, which provider you are using?

I did find out, that I have the problem independant from wether I 
install from scratch or I do ugrade, wether I use a downloaded last-Tiki 
or a version control checkout from git or from svn, wether 15, 18, 21 or 
24, wether PHP 5,6, 7.2 or 7.4

I am with all-inkl.com and in recent years I did not have this problem 
at alls.
Further more I know all-inkl.com as a very Tiki-friendly provider, where 
I had several Tiki over the last ten years smoothly running (including 
nicely running Installer)on several accounts for several organisations.

I can only imagine, that there has been some change in standart server 
setup and/or Tiki coding, maybe a DevOps issue or whatsoever.
