Xaraya .9.1.2 Released

It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.1.2 Beta for Xaraya.
This release is another step towards the 1.0.0 release.  This release is in
response to the reported difficulties with the installation and upgrade
process with .9.1.0.  There is no new features within this release from the
last one.  Please read the install notes for questions on installing and
upgrading to .9.1.2.

I would like to say thank you to all the reports of the errors that were
missed in the last round of testing.  We all appreciate the time that
everyone takes to report the bugs and requests.  We still need the help and
the ideas, so please do not hesitate to pose a new idea or bug report on our
Bug Tracker.

Note:  We have changed the version number to .9.1.2 in respect to the
victims of the 9-11 terrorist attacks due to the timing of the release and
the perspective number.  This was decided after several requests to the
Project Management Committee.
