If you are using the term 'ownership' in less that project management
context, and more in the 'I made it - this is mine' context, then i
refer you to this document that i'm sure you are familiar with (i recall
you quoting it at one stage)  which discusses ownership with this
meaning, in open source projects. It could be read with 'module
ownership' as possibyl intended by the original topic of this thread (As
 posted by PMC) in mind.
