Excuse me replying in english but my French is only good enough to 
understand what you're saying but not to reply ;-)

Anyway.
I have created the xaraya-langs repository and its ready for someone to 
have a go at putting something in it :-)

Access will be limited to a people few per translation team as in order 
to give you access I have to give you accounts on the server itself, and 
Id rather not give hundreds of people accounts as it becomes a bit of a 
nightmare to maintain.
So for now lets limit it to Kams and Chris to have access and everyone 
else to submit changes to them. Using bitkeeper they can always push 
patches direct to your local machines if you wish. If need be we can 
always revisit the access to the core server at any time.

My intentions with regard the fr.xaraya.com site are this:
I will take a full dump of the xaraya.com database. I will then remove 
the user and articles tables from that dump. This will then be uploaded 
as the fr.xaraya.com database. Hopefully (with a lot of luck) this 
should then mean that all permissions, categories, settings etc... will 
be the same as on xaraya.com itself.

Obviously some of this base setup will need to be translated too - for 
example the categories names. But you can go through and edit those 
manually in the admin interface.

Once you have a working translation of Xaraya itself I will upload that 
to the site too.
In fact thinking about it there isnt too much point in fr.xaraya.com 
existing until Xaraya itself is translated or you will have a supposed 
French site entirely in English.

P.S. You need to work out what locale you are translating for - 
fr_FR.UTF-8? fr_FR.ISO8859-1 ? etc?
