Hi, I would try following: - uninstall both tools - delete (or rename) folder "C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\Application Data\MySQL" - install tools again This procedure has helped me many times. Mysql Query Browser and Administrator saves their settings to that folder and I have noticed that uninstall doesn't empty that directory. And installing tries to save previous settings and doesn't overwrite those files. Hope this helps. -- Ossi Talonpoika Lapro Software Oy rtroiana wrote: > Hi All, > > I had Mysql 4.1 database server installed on windows XP professional service > pack 2 > in addition to database server I had Mysql Administrator 1.0 and Mysql Query > Browser. > > Mysql Query browser crashed one day and stopped working.
