3dfx voodoo crash

Hello, I am trying to get 3dfx Voodoo working on Bochs 2.6.9 (both win32 and win64 versions). But when I run DxDiag or quit from test, the emulator crashes (both Win95 and Win98, tried official 3DFX Voodoo and also Diamond Monster 3D drivers). I have no such problem with 2.6.6.
