dasdcopy fills with junk

In testing with my slightly modified Hercules 3.07
it seems that I get different results from:

dasdload -bz2 followed by dasdcopy

vs

dasdload no compression

The resultant (uncompressed) output files are
the same size, but the one that went through
dasdcopy has lots of junk vs x'00' for the
dasdload without compression.

It sounds like something isn't being initialized.
I took a look at the dasdcopy code but nothing
stood out.
