Last time I checked (about 8 years ago), I was told Ricemail was a commercial
product and the people selling it wanted big bucks for it :-(

If it's the same or similar to MAILBOOK, it is very heavily based on XEDIT
which we don't have on VM/370.

I haven't been able to find the VM Workshop tapes online for a while now :-(
I must have another look for them.
