Thanks for the link but it seems to require a password for anonymous FTP
access to the tapes.  I'm not sure whether that is by accident or design.

That is the site is where I was able to download some of the tapes before
but when I tried more recently, I either could not find the tapes at all
or could not download them due to the password issue.
