I don't see the TCPPARMS(LCS) member. 

 

 Also, you need to remember that FTP is NOT related to VTAM except under certain circumstances, until all of the TCPIP issues are resolved, FTP likely isn't going to work correctly.
 

 If you can tell me what is happening when the FTP stops, it might be something simple to resolve.
