PGP-keyserver on port 80

Hi folks,

I'm currently search a pgp keyserver that can be automaticly retrieves by
using port 80. 
As we use a firewall that is closed on port 11371 and I have to download
many pgp-keys with a tool (like pgp 7.xx) I'd like to find a server that can be
used on standard http port.

Has anyone a idea, where to find it?
