Re: Default Cache Parameters for 1.4 release

The installer does not prompt users for the cache size.
Organizations which are distributing OpenAFS are encouraged to define
MSI Transforms which include the desired cache size, cell name,
Freelance root.afs mountpoints and symlinks, (soon server preferences),
etc.

Users can adjust the cache size from the AFS Control Panel after 
installation.

A default cache size of 20MB is just too small.  Very soon now the
cache on Windows will be persistent between sessions.  A persistent
cache is of little use if all you are storing is 20MB.
