The uguru plugin uses the ioperm() call which requires root. Tobias (uguru
author) can maybe help with the zero values.

The hddtemp plugin has some bugs where it doesn't do the gkrellm required
check for first_create when creating panels and connecting signals. So things
get fouled up...

You don't need a plugin for hddtemp. If the hddtemp daemon is running when
gkrellm starts, you should find hddtemp/xxx temperatures you can enable in
the Builtins->Sensors->Setup config page. And I do need to remove the hddtemp
link from the plugins page.
