Gkrellm is started both via session-management and through the autostart link and both processes probably hang forever fighting for the lock-file that is created on startup. Another way to get around this is to disable session saving in KDE, in case you're not using session-management at all. I recommend using it though and forgetting about this autostart directory altogether as it's more or less an old leftover from KDE1 times.
