I have decided to put up a gkrellm version for testing purposes, so the
upcoming 2.3.5 release works properly on windows too :)

There are two installers available, one for 32 bit windows installs and
one for x64 installs:

http://www.srcbox.net/tmp/gkrellm-setup-2.3.4-win32-beta1.exe
http://www.srcbox.net/tmp/gkrellm-setup-2.3.4-win64-beta1.exe

Important:
- Windows 2000 is _not_ supported anymore, please mail me if this is a
problem.
- Please uninstall any older version before installing any of the above
builds. If you are using the gkrellm service/daemon, you might want to
make a backup of gkrellmd.conf before uninstalling.
- This is a BETA. It wasn't tested as much as official releases and in
this special case contains _way_ more changes compared to the official
2.3.4 source release made on 2010-01-05 than usual.

Changes:
- Working user enumeration for proc chart on Windows XP or newer
- Support GnuTLS on Windows (and drop OpenSSL dependency)
- Fixed IMAP mail-check, backslash and double-quotes had to be escaped
in login-data and folder-names
- IPv6 support on Windows (untested, needs feedback, probably only
working properly on windows vista or newer)
- Replace remaining printf() debugging with gkrellm_debug() or
g_(debug,message,warning), logging should be more complete now
- Fix initial sending of fstab entries in gkrellmd, fstab was only sent
if it was marked as "changed" (fixes missing disks when running gkrellmd
on windows)

All changes since gkrellm-2.3.2-win32 can be seen in more detail at:
http://www.srcbox.net/projects/gkrellm/log/trunk?rev=102&stop_rev=77&verbose=on

I'd be very interested in feedback on the following things:
- win64: Does it work on OSes other than Windows 7 x64?
- win64: Can it report more than 4 GiB of memory?
- win64: Does the gkrellm service/daemon work?
- both: Does gkrellm display active IPv6 TCP-connections (vista/win7 only)?
- both: Do IPv6 connections between gkrellm clients/daemons work?
- both: Any crashes?

Bye,
Stefan Gehn
