It's a bug. What you see in the gantt chart is the duration, and when
you drag a bar, it should set the work required to achieve the specified
duration. Somehow, this is messed up right now when having an assignment
other than 100%.

Also, I guess we should set the duration instead of work for tasks that
use fixed duration mode.

I just added two bugs reports to the bugzilla about this (#638, #639).
