In some places we just hardcode a day to be 8 hours for now, which is
clearly wrong. We just need to decide what the definition of "day"
should be. IMO, we should just have one per-project setting for this,
because having day mean different things for different resources (based
on their calendar) will be very confusing. Any ideas/comments on how to
handle this?
