Spam filtering - config location?

I read some where the Evolution uses spamasssin for its spam filtering.

I have Spamasssin and Rayzor running however even when I stop them
I still get mail going to the spam folder.

Is there another location where this is configured other than in 
Rayzor/Spammasssin?
