October snapshots

Dear all,

October snapshots for Gnucap [0] and Modelgen-Verilog [1] are out. Main
new features are "attribute instance" in Gnucap, and initial support for
"paramset" in Modelgen-Verilog. The former is the basis for arbitrary
metadata storage within circuit models. The latter provides a
standardised approach to compile-time optimisations in models with fixed
parameters.
