LilyPond 1.7.27 - 2nd release candidate v1.8

Hello all,

I'm putting up a second release candidate for LilyPond 1.8, as there
was a brown-paper-bag bug in the 1.7.26.  People with an affinity for
flats know what I mean.

This release also fixes the formatting of the full-page PDF
documents. All of them are now made with A4 paper settings.

Binaries for RedHat 9 should appear on lilypond.org shortly.
