How about:

rc_mingwrt-4.0-1-mingw32-rc-1-dev.tar.lzma

or

mingwrt-4.0-1-rc_mingw32-rc-1-dev.tar.lzma

Would either of these produce the result I'm looking for?  Which is better?

With the second the profile.xml file would need to be adjusted by the
user to add the directory location for the rc_mingw32 system but the
package name is the same.

With the first the user has a new package name.

Should it rather be a mix of both:
rc_mingwrt-4.0-1-rc_mingw32-rc-1-dev.tar.lzma?
