No joy - I get
sh: ../configure: No such file or directory

The mingw-pkg-0.1.0 directory contains three files:
Makefile.in
configure.ac
install-sh

and two directories
build (which I just created)
src

The contents of src and its subdirectories seems to be entirely
shell scripts.
