Can the logic be stated succinctly? I just re-read the bug report and I'm
still a little confused.
I think this is the correct interpretation.
1) "1 / non-square matrix" performs element-by-element operation "1 ./
non-square matrix"
2) "1 / square N-D matrix" performs element-by-element operation "1 ./ square
N-D matrix"
3) "1 / square 2-D matrix" throws an error
