[bug #68108] classdef objects do not support creation of initialized arrays

Thanks for Your Reviews and suggestions 
1)The changes fix the example given by you.
2)I first built a local copy because I assumed I would need to
manipulate/slice the RHS values when distributing them over the object array,
and wanted to prevent altering the incoming list.
3)Yes — once rhs is used directly, it makes sense to fold the
rhs.is_cs_list() check into the branch condition to simplify control flow.
I'll correct this accordingly
4)By nonbraced i meant a comma-separated list assignment written without {} on
the LHS. I agree that the wording is unclear
5)I'll keep in mind regarding the comments 
6)I’ll add the new .m and .tst files there so they’re included in release
tarballs. 
7)Yes, I did use AI tools to understand the code base of octave a little . It
is my first time contributing and got a lil confused

Thanks again for the helpful review. I’ll upload an updated patch shortly
addressing all the points you raised.
