[bug #68112] Pager no longer working under Windows

Please use the bug tracker to post updates to a bug report.  The mailing list is intended as a read-only notification stream.  Info posted to this mailing list address won't appear in the tracker database where it is most useful.

Well, as someone who use almost only the CLI, I find it really useful. I have
it enabled by default. BTW, of course I'm not going to die if this feature is
removed.
