Re: Remove support for MSVC 8 (Visual Studio 2005)?

If there's no cost to maintaining compiler versions then I'd usually say
that we shouldn't remove that support.

That said, it would be nice to be able to start using more of C++11 in CS
eventually, which won't happen if we keep supporting old compilers.
