Lost *.thm files

Hi

I have lost all of my .THM (Canon RAW) files i some directories. And I was wondering if there are anyone that has a script that can check if there are a corresponding .THM. And if there are no files to the given .CRW, take a copy of a .THM file, and rename it to the filename that are missing the .THM file.
