Yes! It works!!

Only this is found in the console window:
** (sodipodi.exe:4294579077): WARNING **: Couldn't load font "MS Sans 
Serif 8" falling back to "Sans 8"

But otherwise, the 9x/ME is working for me (Win98SE)

Going to play with it more later`
