Win32 monday snapshot

Hello!

I compiled CVS win32 snapshot for coming week.

It is multibyte, i.e. should work on all versions of Windows.

What's new:
- You can 'enter the group' from context menu - but only
  rect tool works for now :-|
- There is document-tree dialog, that allows you to parse
  objects and toggle visibility/sensitivity/printability

TODO:
- Automated Linux builds
- Framework for nightly builds
- Torrent for downloads
