Which I am grateful for. Even if it isn't all that visible. The last
bit is in fact important, in that a lot of work goes on in the
background or at least is not very visible, and it is easy to forget it
happens and what'll (not) happen if it doesn't get done.

What my main gripe is about is about some details that are higly visible
and very clearly not productive or even glaringly contra-productive.
Especially when all it takes is small effort for very big returns.
