The most recent post that my archives have from Mark was last January.
However, the list has been relatively quiet for quite awhile. Although I've
only done some trivial stuff with Y (and thus my vote should mean very
little), if Mark has other things to do, it may be appropriate for a
maintainer.


If the Project is abandoned i would like to takeover the maintenance of

Time is something very lacking around here. Everyone's got other important
things and of those that did have time, a lot are working on the mainstream
next-gen X stuff (afaics).

Recently there has been a string of people introducing improvements or
themselves on the list as developers. A lot of their posts go unanswered
though. More involved leadership could unify such a group.
