Maybe, the solution is the folow:
check the perms(? sorry, I hope undertand, I don't
speak english) must be the folows in /dev:

rw-rw-rw ttyS1 (o ttyS0)

And the simbolic link

pilot -----> ttyS1 (o ttyS0)
