It can be set the via the command line or X Resources. See the readme.
 
The dockbar wont grow to accomidate apps bigger than its self. 

I just think it work be nice to have a set of dockapps say 16 pix
hight, that worked well and consistant with matchbox - in the same way
window maker dockapps are all 64 x 64.
