There is a biult-in serial port, in fact, but you need a special
adapter to use it and may have problems due to the voltages being out
of spec.

A USB-Serial dongle should work just fine.

AFAIK 802.11g is still only minimally supported for very few chipsets,
if any. The wireless chips are generally not open-spec and it has been
an uphill battle to get enough specs released to get Linux drivers
written. Most people use ndiswrapper for g cards and that won't work
on a Zaurus.

I suggest an 802.11b CF card. I use the Ambicom WL1100C-CF, although I
have never used kismet.
