Yeah exactly, with zero feedback... I will not repeat my points why I
asked
to get unsubscribed....

last time I rsycned Qtopia, it was Qtopia 1.7. Where is that Qtopia4,
where can
I download it, where can I see the unit tests your run, where can I
read the
specification of what you want to achieve with Qtopia4, where is your
roadmap,
where is your API, what license do you plan to use... with a Anti
Competition
clause again (Nokia does not have that for Maemo!)?

Sorry but Qtopia4 is varpoware for me, gosh you did not even release
Qtopia 2.1.2 to the community, how should something as great as Qtopia 4
been given away for free?

Sorry but cooperating with Trolltech on QtE and Qtopia was a total
failure
from my point of view. And the reason is obvious: Warwick, Ian and
others
do not want to cooperate with a community. Please do not misunderstand
me, it is their right to veto and to not work with us.
But I will no longer wait for any varpoware Trolltech promises for
Qtopia. And
yes I really love Qt, and Qt4 is great (while painting is slooooooow).

The point is that painting is slooow is not a issue of the platform,
but a issue
of the concrete implementation. And this can be replaced from one
version
to another.

kind regards
	h.

PS: Do not worry, new stuff will not be named Opie
PPS: I will continue helping anyone having issues with developing
against Opie
PPPS: I will continue helping anyone who wants to deploy Opie on a new
device
