In datebk you pay a few bucks for a program like Holidates that puts 
everything in for your for three years [I think it was.]
In pimlical if you are syncing with Google you subscribe to a calendar 
US Holidays [or another country if someone made one] and that puts them 
in for you.

Otherwise you can enter as irregular repeats.
